Chen Hong,born in March 1961,is a member of the CPC with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a senior engineer (professor) and economist,and now the Party secretary and chairman of SAIC Motor. He has been a vice-president at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group) and general manager at Shanghai General Motors Co. He also served as president and deputy Party secretary at SAIC Motor; deputy chairman and deputy Party secretary at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group); Party secretary,president and deputy chairman at SAIC Motor.
Wang Xiaoqiu, male, born in August 1964, is a member of CPC. Wang is a senior engineer (professor level) with a doctorate in engineering. He once served as deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd, general manager and Party secretary of SAIC Motor Yizheng Co, general manager of SAIC Motor Automobile Manufacturing Co, executive director of the purchasing department of SAIC Motor, deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd and deputy general manager of passenger vehicle branch, deputy general manager of SAIC passenger vehicle branch, general manager and deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. He also worked as deputy chief economist of SAIC Motor, general manager of Shanghai General Motors Corporation Limited, vice president of SAIC Motor, general manager of company's passenger vehicle branch and director of technical center. He is currently a director, President and Deputy Party Secretary of SAIC Motor.
Wang Jian, male, born in April 1964, is a member of CPC. Wang is a senior engineer with a post graduate diploma and a master of science in engineering. He once served as Vice President, President and Deputy Secretary of CPC of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation; Deputy Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and discipline-team leader of Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, Deputy Director of the Municipal National Defense Science and Industry Office; Director of the Municipal Economic Commission, Secretary of the Party Group, Director of the Municipal National Defense Science and Industry Office; Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Economic and Information Work Party Committee, Director of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission; Secretary of CPC of the Municipal SASAC, Director of the Municipal SASAC; Chairman, Deputy Secretary of CPC and Secretary of CPC of Shenergy (Group) Co., Ltd; Deputy Secretary of CPC and Vice Chairman of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. He is currently a director of SAIC Motor.
Li Ruoshan, male, born in February 1949, is a member of CPC. He is a professor with a post graduate diploma and a doctorate in auditing. His previous roles include being Deputy Director of the Accounting Department of School of Economics of Xiamen University, Vice Dean of School of Economics, Vice Dean of School of Management, Director of Accounting and Finance Departments of Fudan University, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Accounting Society, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Auditing Society, and independent director of CPIC, Sinochem and other listed companies. He is currently Academic Director of the Master of Accountancy Department, School of Management of Fudan University, a member of Shanghai SASAC Budget Committee, and independent director of SAIC Motor.
Zeng Saixing, male, born in January 1966, is a member of CPC. He is a professor with a post graduate diploma and a doctorate in management. He served as Director and Professor of Management Science Department, Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is currently head of Innovation and Strategy Department and specially-appointed professor of Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and independent director of SAIC Motor.
Chen Naiwei, male, born in August 1957, is a member of the Jiusan Society. With a post-graduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law, Chen used to be the dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Law School, a senior partner at Shanghai-based AllBright Law Offices, and a professor at the Law School of Fudan University.He is currently the executive dean of the Fudan Shanghai Advanced Institute of Lawyers, chairman of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Intellectual Property Society, standing vice-chairman of the China Law Association on Science & Technology, and independent director of SAIC Motor.
Zhong Lixin, born in July 1963, is a member of CPC. He is a senior economist with a post graduate diploma, master's degree in engineering, and MBA. He used to be Senior and Principal Secretary of the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government; Assistant to the President of the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), Assistant to the President, Director of the President's Office, Chairman of the Trade Union & Assistant to the President, Director of the President's Office and Director of Party Committee Office of SAIC Motor. He currently serves as employee representative director and Chairman of the Trade Union of SAIC Motor.
